For the 10 other people out there who are going through the same maddening torment that I had to go through after hearing Coldplay's 'Talk' and wondering, "who the hell did they rip that riff from?", I spotted this.

Coldplay frontman Christ Martin was inspired by German 1970s electronic pioneers Kraftwerk when he composed the band's new album X+Y. The 'Yellow' singer confesses he is hooked on the legend's unique melodies - and new track 'Talk' even includes a Kraftwerk sample.

After a little investigating with my Kraftwerk collection I discovered it is 'Computer Love' from 'Computer World'. I'm glad he acknowledged the rip because it is blatant.
